Acceptance of the Fleet Rules

By accessing the Kentville Sky-Fleet website and utilizing our social casino simulators, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These rules constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kentville Cloud-Sea Explorations Ltd. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease navigation of our website and refrain from interacting with the Aether Reels, Zephyr Wheel, or any other provided content. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Eligibility and Age Restrictions (18+ Mandatory for Access)

Access to the Kentville Sky-Fleet is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By entering the site and interacting with our age gate, you legally affirm that you meet this age requirement. We operate a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage access. If we determine that a user is under the age of 18, we will immediately terminate their session, delete any associated account data, and reset all virtual progress.

Account Creation, Authenticity, & Security Liabilities

While gameplay is accessible without an account, certain features (like saving your Aether Crystals balance across devices) require registration. You agree to provide accurate information during account creation. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Kentville Cloud-Sea Explorations Ltd. will not be liable for any loss of virtual currency resulting from unauthorized access to your device or account due to your failure to secure your credentials.

Virtual Economy Strict Rules (Aether Crystals have no cash value)

The Kentville Sky-Fleet operates on a completely closed virtual economy. Our in-game currency, Aether Crystals (AEC), is entirely fictional. Aether Crystals hold absolutely zero real-world cash value. They are provided for free as a mechanism to interact with the social casino simulators. Aether Crystals cannot be bought, sold, traded, transferred, or exchanged outside of the designated gameplay mechanics. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use this virtual currency solely within the parameters of our platform.

Prohibition of Real Money Wagering or Withdrawals

We must be unequivocally clear: Kentville Sky-Fleet is not a gambling website. It is a strictly 100% free-to-play social casino simulator. At no point can you deposit real money to fund gameplay. At no point can you wager real money. Most importantly, at no point can any virtual winnings (in the form of Aether Crystals or otherwise) be withdrawn, cashed out, or redeemed for real money, gift cards, or physical prizes. Any attempt to monetize or sell virtual account balances violates these terms.

Intellectual Property & Lore Ownership Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to the lore of the Celestial Aether-Sea, the visual assets (slot symbols, wheel boards, background artwork), the text, the CSS styling, and the underlying JavaScript game logic, is the exclusive intellectual property of Kentville Cloud-Sea Explorations Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without express written permission. The immersive world we have built is protected by copyright laws.

Code of Conduct, Fair Play Rules, and Bug Exploitation

We expect all cloud-captains to navigate the platform fairly. You agree not to use automated scripts, bots, or any third-party software to interact with the simulators or artificially inflate your virtual balance. Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities within the game logic is strictly prohibited. If you discover a bug, you are encouraged to report it to our Comms Deck. Abuse of the mechanics to bypass intended gameplay flow will result in immediate action.

Account Suspension and Termination Triggers

Kentville Cloud-Sea Explorations Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice. Triggers for termination include, but are not limited to: violating the age restriction policy, attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, attempting to sell virtual accounts or Aether Crystals, or exhibiting behavior that disrupts the service for others. Upon termination, your virtual balance is voided, and you have no right to compensation, as the currency holds no real value.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnification Requirements

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free gameplay. Kentville Cloud-Sea Explorations Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the social casino simulators. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from any claims or demands made by third parties due to your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any laws.

Governing Law (British Columbia, Canada) and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved exclusively in the provincial or federal courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
